2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing

In homage to the iconic 300SL, the SLS was unveiled in 2011. It was the first time in 40 years that Mercedes was selling a car with the remarkable "Gullwing" doors. The SLS AMG has beautiful classic looks thanks to its long hood and clean lines which make it an instant classic and modern/future collectible. Inside the long hood lives a 6.2L V8 that produces 563 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque mated to a 7 speed automatic. Top speed is claimed to be 197 mph. The 563 hp engine makes it go to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds while changing gears with the paddles. It is believed that Mercedes AMG only made 6500 SLS, this includes the roadster configuration.
