1986 Mercedes-Benz 560SL

Mercedes-Benz Launched the R107 560SL in Frankfurt Auto Show in September 1985 and ended in 1989 as the last year of production. It was pretty much the last model of the R107 body which lived for an amazing 18 years! The R107 stayed in production for 18 years because it was a car in from the future back in 70s. The 560SL is the car to look for when buying a R107 because it is not only the last gem but also the best to drive. It carries modern power thanks to its 5.6-liter  V8 engine and unlike the previous 450SL model, the 560SL has an "S-class feel" with it's quite and soft engine. The 5.6-liter engine has an output of 272 hp and is the most powerful engine on the R107 that came out of the Mercedes-Benz Factory.

The car that we have here is a 1986 model year and is restored back to factory condition and spec! It is painted to its original "Black Pearl Metallic 199" using PPG products. The interior is finished in Beige and the car has the optional back seats that came only as an option on the following cars! It also has a new soft top, new tires and was fully serviced prior to posting in on our website. Last but not least, the car is converted to Euro spec, meaning that the car now has the smaller, classier and more elegant bumpers with the front euro headlights and brake light delete off the trunk.
